ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
BUYER must have at least Twelve (12) months seasoning
BUYER must have paid at least Twenty percent (20%) Equity
BUYER must NOT have more than Two (2) DEFAULTs
BUYER must have remedied the DEFAULTs within Thirty (30) days
REQUIREMENTS:
ü TWO (2) Valid ID’s
ü Copy of the Reservation Agreement (RA) & Contract To Sell (CTS)
ü Copy Of Robinson’s latest Statement of Account (SOA)
FAQ:
1. Do you accept FOREIGNERS?
ü Yes, HFI accepts foreigners as long as they could provide two (2) valid Ids.
2. What is the age requirement to qualify for a loan?
ü Borrower must be at least 18 years old and should not be more than 65 years of age at the time the loan maturity.
3. If the BUYER/BORROWER ios base ABROAD, would you require a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).?
ü Yes, he/she must appoint an Attorney-in-fact. The SPA must be consularized.
4. Do you process loan application for RFO units even without seasoning?
ü Yes, we process applications for RFO units even w/out seasoning, but the equity should be 40%.
